Dreamwork

I also have interest to work on dreams, some clients come to me because they like to talk about dreams and want to know themselves through dreams. They found it was a really good way to explore their unconscious mind.

I don't interpret dreams, the way I work on dreams is from Gestalt dreamwork, with the combination of art therapy and somatic therapy.

One of the core principles in dreamwork is that each person explores dreams using unique dream language. I believe dreams are formulations and continuations of waking thoughts, concerns, emotionsmemories and different parts are therefore unique to each individual. Thus, only that individual can verify the purpose, message, or meaning of the dream. My role is to facilitate, support and witness this journey with clients together.

Also, individual therapy clients can ask me to work on their dreams when they want.
